Go to the login page and click Forgot your password?. You'll receive a reset link by email within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
You can cancel anytime from your Billing page. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
This is rare and usually resolves within a few minutes as our system processes the payment confirmation. If it persists after 15 minutes, email billing@certland.net with your account email and we'll sort it out immediately.
Absolutely. We rely on our community to keep content accurate. Email support@certland.net with the exam name, question ID (visible on the review screen), and your suggested correction. We review all submissions within 48 hours.
